Did not do
I can do it. There were a lot of people eating at the open space in front of the store.
You can do it.
The hype is too Much. Pricey and servings are small
This is a great burger place!! Really delicious I love it!!! They use organic food for all meals here!! Especially the bans for burgers are awesome it is very baked great!!! I love milk shakes also!! So delicious!! And they have outdoor seats! You can enjoy the great burger in the great air seeing nice Yokohama views!! Enjoy!!!
Good burgers, staff acts weird around foreigners.
They have really good burgers and fries. They also sell treats for doggos! They have a really good drink, and its called 50 50. 50% Iced Tea, 50% Lemonade! This Shake Shack is located in Sakuragicho, Yokohama.
delicious but small
Really good all beef American style Hamburger. Really enjoyed the Burger, fries were nice, personally I prefer the real potatoe fry, over the frozen, but, they were very good and the burger come pre dressed. Nice treat, and way better burger the|n McD's.
Location is really nice just in the corner of Queen's Square 2F. Burger's are good and cooked fresh, however waiting time sometimes exceeds the patience of those who are used to fast food service.Price is way more expensive than your typical burger joint. If I am to come back here, it is for their cheesy fries.
Good burger. Beef level 101. Superb. Perfectly grill. Crunchy outside, steamy hot and mushy inside. Very juicy.
Feels like it is just little overpriced but worth to try.
Just ate at shake shack for the first time. Didn't really understand the hype, but now I get it. One of the best burgers I've ever had
Nice ambience, delicious food but a bit pricy. Staff can speak English
ã™ã”ã„ it is more delicious than NYC shop Much more clean / more friendly and better service
Excellent Xmas shakes like Xmas cookies and smoked bacon double double
Staff was nice. Food was just ok. I will keep hunting for a decent burger in this country.
Is always full but is worth it, to change what you usually eat is good.
Must go to place in Yokohama for a great tasting burger if you're a local. It cost more than Mc Donalds and size is smaller than Hard Rock cafe which are both eyes distance from SS so i recommend spending more money on Japanese food if youre a tourist. For locals, go for it. The meat, bun, and vegies are pepared skillfully and taste is amazing. Easy train access and there is parking.
Disappointed. As a new customer, found deciding on the menu difficult without pictures. Staff at the counter didn't make it any easier by being pushy even though the place was near on empty. Whoever put my smoked shack burger together was just going through the motions and put no care into the stack. Too bad because it tasted good and deserved better. Then, the shake straws...if you are going to make a shake that thick, provide a straw that won't collapse under suction or pressure from the lid clasp.
Trendy American burger joint. Staff member greeted us with menus. No wait time. Ordered single burger, regular fries and a 18oz. Kirin lager. Great meal, although pricey. Burger beats any fast food American chain stateside, totally top-notch. Milkshake was delicious as well.
Great quality burgers, fries were a bit overdone. Had the seasonal special shake, blueberry crumble flavor, which was outstanding but overpriced. Would give 4.5 stars if I could, with the half-off for pricing. Cleanliness, politeness, location, speed and burger quality all deserve a 5.
Just amazing hamburger... I like the simple and classic ShackBurger the most, but I also like spicy SmokeShack. I wanna try ShroomBurger next :) The staffs ask you to get a table first and then order.
Fresh patty and good breads. But there is a Mcdonald next door to save your money.
If you love Shake Shack then this is a must stop. Try the “only in Japan†flavors. I tried back sesame. Yum.
A tad bit pricey for the portions but customer service, food, and seating were amazing. Expect to pay at least $20-$30 per person.
Disclaimer: I don’t take beef so maybe this review is unfair. Went to Shake Shack after hearing so much hype. The branch at Minatomirai did not have a queue. We had the mushroom burger, pork hotdog and crinkle cut fries. Bill came up to 30k+ yen. Which is by no means cheap. Was sorely disappointed with the hotdog. I had better hotdogs at ikea at a fraction of the price. It came as a bun and sausage. No other toppings or deep fried onions etc. It was as slipshod as buying a pack of buns and sausages from the supermarket and carelessly slapping them together. The shroom burger was better. Rather on the small side for the price tag. But at least the melted cheese within was nice and mushroom was tasty, as mushrooms generally are.I had MacDonald’s fries just a day prior and honestly enjoyed those much more than shake shack’s fries. There’re heaps of burger joints in japan. I certainly won’t be going to any shake shack anytime soon again.
If I have one piece of advice for my fellow westerners about Shake Shack in Japan, it's this: Get the Shackura shake. I'd never had a cherry blossom flavoured shake before and now it's one of my favourite things!!
Pricey drinks but great burger. Very delicious!
Good burger ! The good news is yo don’t need to queue for long to get this awesome burger. The place is spacious and located near massive landmark tower, just nice !
Good burgers if you are in Yokohama and need some American food. Lines can be long but line most things in Japan, they are efficient and move quickly. Great milk shakes.
Fantastic and filling meal ðŸ”ðŸŒðŸº
It's really good!!I love beef patty :)
Nearly the perfect burger!! I never thought I’d give this franchise such good rating. A bit expensive, but totally worth it once in a while. The burger is great texture and full flavor and moist, great fried and love the root beer. Happy customer
Newly opened restaurant. The atmosphere is great with music and tables in the open. The cheese fires were good. The way serve the burgers, it looks like a takeaway. I got the shroom burger and was not that great. DO NOT get the blueberry lemonade. It's overly sweet and horrible. All in all a pricy and fancy looking McDonald's.
4.5 stars (minus 0.5 star for price). Expect to pay $20 - 30 per person. The bacon burger is very good and the crinkle fries are crispy. The meat patty was very flavorful. I has a chocolate shake that was excellent. The staff is very pleasant and efficient (typical Japanese). Close to the Minatomirai station and a short walk from SakuragichÅ.
Tasty burger but a bit pricey on drinks.
Straight slap fest!! Best fast food burger chain on earth! Straight smashed the whole meal 😋☺ï¸ðŸ™‚
Expensive for sure but their shakes are great! Love their chocolate shake and it is for sure one of the best I have had. Thick and creamy and chilled! Good service
Visited 27th August at midday. Greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Offered an English menu (though not needed). The counter staff spoke to me in English (though not needed but worth noting if you don’t speak Japanese). The place was crowded but luckily we (my son and I) found a table. Nice minimalist interior with real wooden tables. However, a major issue was lack of ablutions, not even a wash basin and no wet tissues which are just about in every eatery in Japan. We had to walk into the shopping centre just to wash our hands, which took several minutes. The food tastes nice but the burgers are small and ours had soggy buns, and given the exorbitant prices, that was unforgivable. The fries were excellent, though. No set meals so no chance to save money. Despite a member of staff hovering in the dining area, there was never any attempt to clean tables so they were dirty. We had a burger each, we shared a portion of fries and we had a drink each, which totalled over ¥3000.
Food was good albeit being a bit pricy. It gets crowded around lunch time and you’re not allowed to save a seat without having ordered first. The lines become quite long but they move pretty quickly.
Same quality as offered in other countries. Not very crowed.
Small portions but that is to be expected in Japan compared to the US. The quality of burger is very good and you really don't need to eat a huge amount of food to get what you paid for. I enjoyed it and I will go back again. It was raining and I kicked it in the booth for a min until the rain stopped and no one was like hey bro you been chilling here in this booth too long. Everyone is so professional and of course the efficiency is unsurpassed.
Delicious Burger!!!
We came in time for the new shake flavor, Shack-ura! It was worth to try and experience more than once. The veggie burger competes well with the meaty ones.
